Traditional Osteopathy uses gentle manipulative techniques to correct and realign the body and stimulate its own healing processes.

Although Traditional Osteopathy is most commonly associated with the treatment of back pain and lower back pain and is particularly effective in alleviating the symptoms and causes of sports related injuries and work strain, it is also used to treat a wide range of other disorders such as migraines, arthritis and rheumatism and tendonitis.
