I have had 4 treatments from Helen and it has changed my life!

After 20 years of chronic back pain and many years of physio and steroid injections, an osteopath from Inverness suggested to my sister that I try going to Helen to see if she could help me. I was truly at the end of my tether as I have Lupus as well so I thought I would give it a try and I am so glad I did.

I can honestly say that after the first session I felt a lot better and with each visit my pain got less and less.

Helen has a machine called Shock Wave and it got rid of all the scar tissue along the base of my back and the muscles either side of my spine top to bottom. These muscles have gone into spasm for years and caused me extreme pain every day and now I HAVE NO PAIN!

Helen also used ultrasound on my back and hamstring and that made a big difference too.

I would totally recommend that if you have any muscle pain anywhere in your body that you go to Helen and let her help you.
The treatment does not cost a lot either, I was really surprised how little it cost compared to the treatments I have had in the past. She cares about the pain you are in and is very professional in her manner and her practice.
